Adorei o apartamento! Muito bem localizado e limpo!
Acho que faltou um aquecedor ou ar condicionado que aquece! O chuveiro tbm não era tão bom! Pouca água pra tomar um banho quente! O chuveiro da suíte era melhor o outro quase não esquentava.

Apartamento espaçoso, bem cuidado e decorado, Localização excelente, com padaria, farmácia, mercado e restaurantes bem próximos, além da ponte Hercilio Luz e Parque da Luz a poucos metros a pé.
Ar condicionado dos dois lados quartos que não são suítes além de ser muito barulhentos, eles não tem controle de velocidade da ventilação, fica somente na ventilação forte com o barulho e climatização desagradável.
