The check in process was smooth and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The resort itself looks amazing at night with the warm lightning and the pool are clean, although the seats by the poolside are not as clean as I'd hoped otherwise amazing stay at the resort. The room is clean and comfy.
The room walls are so thin and not well soundproofed. We got waken up by a neighbor alarm ringing in the early morning (10mins on, 10mins off - 3 rounds). Oh and the curtain can't be closed for some reason, the touch button doesn't work either.
