It's close to everything, nice area to walk in, everything was clean, the shower works great, and it's a quiet area, grocery just down the street.
If you have a bad back it's not the best bed in the world, but for its price i feel it's fair

That it was my own place.
No working ventilation options. It was too warm and stuffy. The ventilation above the window does not work and the door has issues.
Chair was very uncomfortable and the desk is way too high to work on.
The light in the shower quit working at night and blinked back on in the morning. I sent an email to the owner but never heard back about and other issues.
