The service from Paulo and and Carlos was excellent.

The grounds, pool and exterior of the Vila were were well maintained and quite attractive (some said beautiful). The location was very good and the neighborhood relatively quiet.
The inside of the Vila was not as clean as one would expect and seen in previous establishments. Fungus was observed on the tile grout in some washrooms. The dishes and cutlery were not as clean as they should have been - we had to wash everything we used. An inadequate number of toilet paper rolls and soap was provided. The door handles came off in to two rooms, temporarily imprisoning one couple. the state of repair and cleanliness were substandard.
