Nothing really.

Where do I begin, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. It is definitely NOT a true Gasthaus. Upon arrival one hour after the advertised check in time, there was no one at the location and all of the doors were locked. After calling, we were told to wait 30 minutes until someone would arrive to help us check in. Upon checkin in, the attendant was confused as to what room I had booked and took several minutes trying to select a room for us (there appeared to be no one else staying there according to the amount of keys hanging behind the desk). Once we finally made it to our room, we were immediately hit with a strong odor of smoke - even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Upon further inspection of our room we found that the switch to the bathroom light was broken and therefore we did not have any light in the bathroom for the entirety of our stay. We also discovered a broken side table in the closet, a used pair of men's underwear, and plenty of unidentifiable stains on the walls, floor, and bathroom sink. The bathroom towels looked like they had been found used in a boy's university dorm bathroom and the furniture looked like it had been sourced from the same place. The smell of smoke was so strong that both me, my travel partner, and dog had breathing issues and allergy issues the whole night. Oh, and not to mention the curtain covering the one window was severely stained and barely hanging on. Oh, and when we were ready to check out the next day (again, an hour within the "check out window") no one was at the front desk - no lights, no staff, nothing. The one saving grace was that at least the parking was included in the price (which was way too high for the condition of the room). p.s. Mould in the bathroom. I booked 2 rooms for 3 people and they tried to put us in one. Then the single room’s towels were disgusting. Torn and dried on the radiator. Who knows if they were washed. In the morning an hour and a half before checkout the staff member knocked at immediately let himself in the room while I was still resting. I told him later that he is never to enter a guest room like that. When I complained about the towels he said to contact the owner (how?, nobody is at reception). Fortunately, I stayed in the single room and not one of the women I was traveling with.

The room was not clean and tidy up. After that, the rest is not important

2 beer glass bottles from the previous guest, unmade and used bed, used towels still there, full bin with rest from previous guest, shower not tidy up...

Minus Sterne von Null. Man war sich nicht sicher ob eine Tatortreiniger schon vor Ort war und seinen Job nur halbherzig ausgeführt hat oder ob er noch kommen muss. Undefinierbare Flecken an Wänden Und Teppichen. Keine Heizung im Dezember. Kein Frühstück etc. Nachts waren dann die Obdachlosen, die Schutz vor der Kälte im Gebäude und vor den Zimmern gesucht haben. Gefühlt wurde hier die Jochen Schweitzer Bahnhofs Experience gebucht.

Die Lage war für mich Ideal. Nur aus diesem Grund habe ich diese Unterkunft gewählt. Parkplätze waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.

Ich reiste am 15.12.25 an. Es war niemand vor Ort. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit in der Kälte und etlichen Anrufen, konnte ich jemanden auf dem Handy erreichen. Das Netz des Vermieters war so schlecht, dass er mir zusicherte, sofort zurückzurufen. Dies geschah erst nach weiteren 15 Minuten. Er erklärte mir, dass er gar nicht vor Ort sei, und ich einen Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsselsafe nehmen sollte. Dies ist ja erst mal soweit OK. ABER: Eine Rechnung lag weder in diesem Safe noch auf dem Zimmer. Ein weiterer Anruf von mir erfolgte. Er sicherte mir zu, diese Rechnung sofort per Mail zu versenden. Nichts passierte. In der Beschreibung stand, dass vor Ort ein Frühstück gebucht werden könnte. Dem war nicht so. Der Vermieter war gar nicht da! Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Ich kontaktierte den Vermieter erneut wegen einer Rechnung. Er versprach mir wieder, mir diese per Mail zu senden. Wieder passierte nichts! Es folgten weitere Anrufversuche sowie Anschreiben per Mail. Bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten was für eine Geschäftsreise sehr schlecht ist, da ich nun auf diesen Kosten sitzen bleibe. Das Zimmer war sauber aber extrem klein und eng. Es waren zwei getrennte Betten im Raum. Über einem dieser Betten war ein Fernseher angebracht den man nur aus dem zweiten Bett einsehen konnte. Der Empfang der wenigen Sender war verpixelt und unzureichend. Im Bad fehlte sogar die normale Seife. Das Bad selbst war eine schlecht aus Holzpanelen zusammengezimmerte Dusche mit Klo in einer Abstellkammer. Es war wirklich nur zusammengenagelt. Nicht mal Randleisten waren angebracht. Man konnte am Rand auf die Unterkonstruktion und Isolierung durchsehen. Direkt über der Dusche befand sich in der Dachschräge ein stumpf abgeschnittenes Abflussrohr als Entlüftung. Dieses war dreckig und ungepflegt. Am Bett waren Lichtschalter die aber ohne Funktion waren. Alles in allem war es eine Zumutung und kein Aufenthalt!!!

A recepção do horrível no atendimento. Não nos solicitou documento de identidade. O ambiente tinha um cheiro horrível, as camas parecia que só trocavam a capa do edredom e do travesseiro, era um cheiro fedido. O corredor do quarto estava também com um cheiro muito forte de canavis, não tinha toalhas para duas pessoas tomarem banho. Não me senti segura no hotel
