Wir haben hier ein tolles und gemütliches Wochenende in der Wachau verbracht. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde (im bäuerlichen / shabby-chic Stil; viele selbstgemachte Details). Besonderes Highlight ist der Ausblick vom Balkon. Hier kann man sein Frühstück mit Blick auf die Donau-Auen und Dürnstein genießen. Die Wohnung/Das Haus befindet sich in einem etwas veschlafenen Ort - aber liegt dennoch super. Man erreicht nach einem kurzen Spaziergang die Fußgänger-/Radfaher-Fähre zu DEM Wachau-Ort überhaupt: Dürnstein. Oder mit dem Auto ist die Burgruine Aggstein schnell ereichbar. In der Nähe (auch zu Fuß erreichbar) befinden sich einige Heurige und ein Cafe/Restaurant mitten in den Weingärten. Super fand ich, dass die Gastgeber ein kleines Selbstbedienung-Regal mit regionalen/lokalen Produkten, wie Marmelade oder Wein, anbieten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
