Unterbergern 7 km from Krems: Very comfortable country house "Haus Fries", detached. In a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2, large garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "489" 550 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, swimming bay 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: Römermuseum 4 km, Dürnstein 10 km, Krems 7 km. Hiking paths: Wachau, Dunkelsteiner Wald.

Info im Internet entsprach nicht den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten (5 Zimmer/2 Schlafzimmer). Das zweite Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock entpuppte sich als großer Abstellraum mit lediglich 2 Betten und Stapeln von Matratzen und Decken in den Abseiten . Weder gab es einen Kleiderschrank noch eine Kommode oder eine Lampe am Bett. Der Besitzer hat dann aufgrund unserer Beschwerde wenigstens einen Kleiderständer gebracht. Eine "Nachtischlampe" mußten wir aus dem ersten Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Mit dem Provisorium haben wir uns im Endeffekt arrangiert.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Aber in der Toilette sollte ein Waschbecken sein. Weiterempfehlen würden wir das Haus aber nicht.
Der Preis, den wir zahlen mußten, war zu hoch!
