I liked the video on how to get in as well as Riccardo's quick replies via Whatsapp.

I didn't like the "Vikey" app at all. Riccardo asked me to pay the tourist tax and send my docs before my arrival, which I did. However, the Vikey app wouldn't let me sign in without paying the tax a second time, which I refused to do. The new law states that the owner has to check our IDs. This app is not a viable substitute IMO.

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly warm, always surprising us with fresh juices and fruits. The house itself was equipped with all the essentials for daily living, from a convenient rice cooker to a variety of kitchenware. The regular cleaning service and bedsheet changes every 4th day were unexpected treats. Set against the backdrop of a serene pond, the villa gave us a taste of jungle living within a cozy local neighborhood. The outdoor area was inviting, featuring two tables surrounded by chairs and ambient lighting—perfect for enjoyable evening dinners. Each room provided fans and private entrances, ensuring both comfort and privacy. One room even boasted air conditioning and a hot water-equipped bathroom for that extra touch of luxury. The friendly neighbors added to the welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. Plus, the inclusion of a washing machine was a fantastic and convenient surprise. Our stay at the villa was truly memorable, offering the perfect blend of comfort and tropical charm.
