such a nice family, they did everything they could to make sure that we had a great time! clean rooms, AC in every room, mosquito nets were really nice.

The washing machine was the biggest plus for this property. Friendly host.
It only has air conditioning in the bedrooms, it was very hot in the kitchen, living and dining area. Making our stay very uncomfortable. The water stopped working twice once after I had liquid soap in my hands and once with shampoo in my hair. First night cold water only in shower. It was hit and miss if water worked. Many mosquitoes in the apartment as there is vented roof and windows so constantly coming in. Definitely not a 4 star property as stated. Bathroom fittings were loose and rusty looking. Location no views or not overly close to restaurants either. Overall a disappointing 3 nights and our least favourite accommodation of our 4 week stay in Sri Lanka
