It was tastefully decorated and garden was beautiful.
The water wasn’t hot when showering and a hairdryer would’ve been helpful. We were there for a weekend wedding.

The rooms were lovely, tastefully decorated and spotless. Tea, coffee, rusks and complimentary bottle of wine were provided, which was very thoughtful. It was an old building with very high ceilings so we thought we’d feel the cold but there was a gas heater ( for power outages ) and it was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
A fireplace would have been great for winter evenings but it being a historic building possibly not feasible to install. I should have checked beforehand though.
