Outside you will find a passenger lift, meant for people and luggage, which will make the load in easy on everyone. This home also boasts an enormous deck, lots of deck chairs, chaise loungers and dining table for outdoor meals while overlooking the canal. On the ground level you will find and outdoor bar, Shell/Fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, fire pit, additional dining table and outdoor swings that give you a great view of the canal. Also included is a game room with ping pong table, Tv, and outdoor games.
