Seas the Moment was designed for groups who want more than a beach house. Two families, a group of friends, a milestone celebration — there's room for everyone and something for everyone to do, even when no one feels like going anywhere.
THE SPACE
The ground-level entertainment zone is the centerpiece: a festive tiki bar with outdoor sink and built-in seating, a 7-person hot tub with string lights overhead, covered patio, cornhole, picnic table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. When the sun goes down, this is where everyone ends up.
Inside, the main living area is open and bright with ocean views, a large smart TV, and comfortable seating for the whole group. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd — full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining area that seats everyone together.
The wraparound deck on the upper level faces the water directly. Morning coffee up here never gets old.
SLEEPING
• Upstairs master suite: king bedroom, private balcony with ocean views, TV, work desk, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity
• Ground floor king suite: king bedroom, TV, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower
• Bunk room: 4 full-size bunk beds (sleeps 8), shared Jack & Jill bathroom
• Trundle room: 2 twins (sleeps 2), shared Jack & Jill bathroom
• Powder bath on main level
BEACH ACCESS
Two direct beach access points, both a short walk from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys included. Pack & play available for families.

We enjoyed the home in Port Bolivar very much. The host was very receptive to any questions we had prior to trip and provided all the necessary information for our stay. Check in and check out process was very easy. Home was as beautiful as it was pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was beautiful and perfect location on the beach for our large family Christmas vacation. Amenities were great and plentiful. Host was absolutely the best we have had from the past several years renting on Bolivar Peninsula. Highly recommend the home.

John was communicative from the start and answered all the questions we had. The house was well stocked with everything you need and exceptionally clean. The views of the ocean were stunning. The area is very family friendly, for a quiet, relaxing vacation, the perfect place to rejuvenate. There are several good restaurants in the area, and nothing is really more than 5 or 10 minutes away. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!
