This spectacular house is the cream of the crop in beach homes. As you step into the huge open concept living/dining/kitchen area, your eye is immediately drawn to the fabulous dual fan suspended from the distressed wood vaulted ceiling. Once you catch your breath and scan the great room, you find a cozy seating area, a shuffleboard table, plenty of space to gather for meals and a kitchen that makes you want to cook, even on vacation! Sip morning coffee on the spacious deck while you take in an amazing sunrise and plan your day, there's plenty of great deck furniture to make it a group effort. And when your fun in the sun is done, draw straws to see who's first to use the oversized walk-in shower with two shower heads in the master bath! No complaints at all. Would rent again. Only bit of confusion was the optional Linen Service. We orginally read it as whether you or the property manager cleaned the sheets in the end. Actually, it meant during non-summer stays either you supply or they supply all towels and beddings. That might be worded better in your contract and rental description so as to lessen the confusion. Other than that, all was really great. No problems. Would rent from them again.

Beautiful home on a quiet end of Bolivar. Gorgeous interior with lots of nice touches. No closet in the room with double and twin beds. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were superior! The only complaints were that even with beach front needed a golf cart to get older folks down to the beach as it was a longer walk down the road and then through the sand. Hot water didn't work in half the house so everyone showered in the master bedroom. Construction going on next door but thankfully the roofing crew finished in a couple of days and no one else really showed up that was noisy. The internet didn't function well at all which was fine with me but not the teenagers.
