Lake Natron Maasai Guesthouse

Absolut tolle Lage mit exklusiven Blick auf den Lake Natron.Extrem nette und hilfsbereite Menschen und Zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und der kleine Pool hat mir grosse Freude bereitet. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit und die Ausflüge mit ihnen waren toll. Asante sana nochmals :)

Mein Zimmer war sehr sehr einfach, speziell im Vergleich zu allen vorherigen Unterkünften. Mir ist bewusst, dass der Preis dafür sehr angemessen war, dennoch könnte man mit wenig Aufwand aus den Zimmern mehr machen.

In diesem tollen Hotel mit beeindruckendem weitem Blick auf den Lake Natron wurden wir von Miranda und Roko herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, und das Bad im kleinen Pool erfrischend. Wir werden es allen weiterempfehlen, und jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Nichts, alles war super!

- Good breakfast - The swimming pools are nice. The upper one, although very small, has nice views. - The owner is welcoming is they have a nice dog - The garden is pleasant and the place is quiet

It is really expensive for what you get. more than 100$ for 1 night for 3 people, plus 200$/day of taxes that you have to pay to get into the area, The room was nice but basic, with some broken windows that you couldn't open, the bathroom very basic too (if I compare with other places in Tanzania, includind in very remote areas). The mosquito net of my bed was too small for the bed... so it was useless. To be honest I would say that Lake Natron is not worth a visit given the extremely huge prices that you have to pay to get there. It is probable that most tourists are not aware about this because they come on a tour or a package but we were on our own and compared to what southern Tanzania offers to its visitors Lake Natron looks like an amusement park. This without saying that in theory you are not even allowed to walk around by yourself without a guide! (although we could do it without any problem). Go on your way!
