The location for us was perfect as we were picking up a rental car nearby. It is also within walking distance to a very good restaurant and supermarket. The staff were wonderful and always very helpful. The bedrooms were a good size and the available breakfast was good. There is also self serve coffee/tea available downstairs throughout the day.
The electrics in the rooms felt a bit old, e.g. switches not all working correctly.

Perfect secure location, close to Arusha Airport. Spacious rooms with great WiFi , Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. We ate at the Mendaz restaurant, recommended by the guesthouse staff. It's 4 min walk away and in a friendly neighborhood. Breakfast at the guesthouse was perfect. Great value for such a little gem.

We were staying for one night before our safari, so looked for affordable accomodation. And as such, it is fine. Nothing fancy. Good food - breakfast included. And great .
The location felt very unsafe. Once locked inside the gates, we did not venture out.
