Modern Apartment in Latitude52 Dockyard & parking

Very spacious open plan living, with seperate ultra modern bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Clean, we always wipe down plates etc before use anyway. Several nice pieces of comfy furniture and artwork. Very secure building, concierge service sometimes and very helpful and informative, as were owners guides. Secure parking for 1 car, even umbrella provided to get there and back if raining. Induction hob, washer dryer, iron etc. Coop yards away, lots of takeaways, we vouch for Indus and Ghurka restaurants!!!. Walk up hill to Stoke village. 21 bus service to centre very frequent. Very handy for Torpoint Ferry to Cornwall. Great apartment, easy check in, good location, secure and quiet, warm had heating on 1 hour in morning 1 hour evening. Highly recommend.

1 flight of stairs up to apartment, would be difficult for elderly, disabled. Thats only negative. 1 of us slept well on bed the other was restless.

Excellent location, very spacious apartment with every single amenity that you would need. Great bus links into town or over to Cornwall, or you can get the ferry.. 10 minutes to Royal William Yard. Some good local pubs in the area too.

Nothing, it was all very good

It was really nice . I'm planning to come beck and stay longer with all of my family and pet. Apparent is perfect its clean, comfortable and quiet perfectly meets all needs eaven more. The location is good for holidays easy to reach town and quiet at night....... We are really pleased!!!!!
