Clean tidy homely 😄

The property was clean and tidy, with a very welcoming host, the room was spotless, air con worked, and the shower was strong. Breakfast was at an extra reasonable charge, with a nice selection. Although I didn't use it the pool area was clean with a well stocked bar.

The experience was utterly disappointing, and no future visits will be made

The property is in a very poor location, far from the city centre, and it is difficult to obtain an Uber to travel there each day, making it an unsuitable choice for guests who intend to rely on ride-hailing services, as the hotel is effectively situated in the middle of nowhere.

The property’s location is highly inconvenient, as previously noted, being situated in the middle of nowhere, which made daily travel to the city centre challenging. The room was excessively small, towels arrived dirty requiring an immediate replacement request, and the air conditioning unit performed poorly, failing to adequately cool the space. Pool facilities were substandard—dirty and uncleaned—while breakfast, not included in the rate despite promises of a buffet, consisted merely of a few cheeses, hams, and breads; an additional charge was levied for my partner on one night, further highlighting the poor overall service that marred my New Year’s Eve 2026 experience. This hotel will receive no further business from me, and I urge prospective guests to take note.

Beautiful place

This is a stunning 5 bed place. It literally has everything and is so beautiful. It's a tiny bit out of town, but Uber is so user friendly Lacita and her staff really looked after us. Everything was so, so perfect. If booking could give 6 stars, we would have. We travelled from Ireland, and to be met with such a welcome was fantastic. This place espouses excellence.

Espaço muito aconchegante e acolhedor

Pousada muito aconchegante, tranquila, com espaço amplo e muito bem decorada. Possui quarto espaçoso, bom enxoval, cama macia. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, o gerente Alfredo é uma pessoa maravilhosa que está sempre disposta a fazer o melhor para que os hóspedes se sintam acolhidos. A funcionária Giovana responsável pelo café da manhã também é muito prestativa e simpática. Foi uma ótima experiência.

Para nós não foi um ponto negativo, pois a pousada ficava muito próxima ao meu local de trabalho, mas quem pretende ficar próximo a rua das Pedras fica distante.

Agradable y acogedor

El anfitrion Gabriel muy amable y nos ayudo incluso con un problema que tuvimos con el auto que teniamos rentado, eso lo valoramos mucho porque no nos manejabamos bien con el idioma.. La casona muy linda y bien mantenida. La ubicación es buena si vas en auto para recorrer la zona.

Solo un dia que no nos ordenaron la pieza, quizas por error.. el resto todo impecable.

Tudo é perfeito. A pousada é maravilhosa, equipada e tudo é feito com muito amor e capricho. Um destaque para as roupas de cama e banho, sempre cheirosas. Dá para sentir o carinho que a Leticia e sua equipe tem com os hóspedes, servindo um café da manhã variado e saboroso, sempre preocupados com o bem-estar de todos. Recomendo para quem esteja com vontade de passar um tempo tranquilo e longe de agitação e barulho.
