close to the beach n city
the very, very noisy motobikes .. these guys seem to celebrate high speed records on the main road (that's between the beach and the condominio) by night.

Very pleasant!
The house is cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The condominium pool is amazing, location is good enough considering that Buzios is quite busy this time of the year we didn’t take long to get to most places.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but unfortunately the microwave wasn’t functioning, despite being a nice new one… The house could benefit from an outside shower for when we come back from the beach but there is one in the condominium pool, then not a big deal. Lights switch in some of the rooms seemed to have some issue on the button as we have to try a few times before it finally turns on…

Desde que comprei no site da booking, tive um retorno do proprietário muito bom. Depois fui assistida pelo funcionário sr Vavá, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu várias dicas de passeios. Realmente, a casa é muito boa, tem tudo que precisamos para uma estadia confortável e funcional. O condomínio é bem sossegado e seguro. Tem um parquinho para as crianças, lago, piscina bem gostosa, entre outras distrações. Valeu a pena o tempo que ficamos! Só queria ter ficado mais... rs Com certeza indico.

Condomínio muito bom com piscina, sauna, campo de futebol e de tênis, em frente a praia de manguinhos/rasa que estava maravilhosa (acabou sendo melhor que geriba que estava muito cheia e agua mais fria). A casa também é muito boa, camas grandes e com bicama, área de churrasco, rede. O corretor Vavá foi super atencioso e sempre ajudava quando podia.
A cozinha é pequena (estreita), difícil de andar mais de uma pessoa por lá

Só senti falta de espelho nos quartos, não tem e fez muita falta na hora de se arrumar, de resto a casa nos atendeu super bem!
