Spacious living room and kitchen. 4 parking spaces. Our condominium has two swimming pools for 1 adult and 1 child (with lifeguard). Additionally, guests can enjoy the 18-hole golf course with 7,000 square meters of vegetation and stunning landscapes at the Arete Golf Club (*prices available at the Club) or cycle along the 10.1 km bike path that surrounds the property (7.5 km dedicated to road cycling and 2.6 km off-road). Weekend departures after 12 PM are half-day (subject to availability); We have cameras on the outside of the house; Please include the correct number of adult guests, children, and babies in your inquiry. Please do not exceed the number of guests listed in the house reservation, or you will be charged a fine of R$200.00 per extra day, or even have your reservation canceled; We ask that you check out with the hosts and leave your dishes washed and trash removed (TRASH CAN IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ENTRANCE) After booking, please send a list of guests with their CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and car license plates. Any visitor must be notified at the gatehouse, leaving their name on the entry list beforehand and also informing them of their departure; The beach club and sports center can be used by guests paying a day use fee (beach center), and if they wish to use the courts, the cost is R$200.00 for 1:30h for up to 6 people; Using the restaurant at the sports center, children up to 10 years old can use the pool, kids' area, and playground.
