Overall a great - and above all - practical experience for a Stuttgart Messe visitor

Free parking at walking distance Extremely close to 2 S-Bahns (lines 7 and 15) Very clean Nice hot shower Friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast services a bit limited (fruit + hot drinks only), though with a fridge in the room it was easy to add some yoghurt and orange juice. Some neighbors were a bit noisy - a bit annoying if you have to wake up early yourself - though at around midnight everything became quiet

Parking is a nightmare. We had been transfered to the boarding house opposite to the hotel. The room size was very small. Not worth the price.

Not a good experience at all

Nice position, close to the high way and cheap gas station nearby.

Room was on a separate building that was under renovation, second floor with no elevator. It was small and humid. We requested a queen size bed but instead there were two separate single beds jointed together. The room has a small kitchen but the fridge was not working and we couldn't use the stove. The kitchen has the access to a balcony but the door that leads outside cannot be locked and it gave us a lot of anxiety. Bathroom was dirty, there was dust on the glass and the wc had dirty spots. The cups in the kitchen were also dirty. There were big spiders hiding between the curtains' layers. The room was very humid and smelly, we slept wearing face masks to cover the smell. I would not recommend it to others.

Zimmer und Badezimmer für 1 Person für 1 Übernachtung ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äusserst Hilfsbereit. Das WLAN war sicher, schnell und zuverlässig.

Der nächtliche Geräuschpegel in gerade dieser einen Nacht war, aufgrund von Unwetterbasierten Aufräumarbeiten der Stadt Stuttgart, zeitweise höher als bei früheren Besuchen, jedoch ist dies nicht dem Hotelbetreibenden vorzuwerfen. Orhopax sei Dank lies sich auch dies gut umgehen :-)

Очень приятные работники, хоть и было написано что машину можно оставить на общественной парковке но нам предоставили место прямо у входа в отель. Везде чисто, номера удобные и соответствуют фотографиям.

Бронировали как номер с кухней но видели в фотографиях что готовить там нельзя, однако ожидали хотя бы столовые приборы. Но я бы не назвала это большим минусом.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel - diesmal ohne meine Ehefrau - und habe es bewußt gewählt, weil ich im Klosterkeller zu Abend essen wollte.

Gute Lage für kurzen Aufenthalt

- Die Zimmergröße war, ebenso wie das Badezimmer für 1 Person für 4 Übernachtungen ausreichend groß. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - WLAN war schnell und sicher und zuverlässig. - Parkplätze für PKW waren Dank des nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatzes ausreichend vorhanden, in kurzer Wegezeit (2-3 min) erreichbar und kostenlos. - Die nächste S-Bahn Station war in 1-2 min Fußweg erreichbar ebenso wie ein Einkaufsmarkt.

- Das Bett war zwar zum schlafen ganz gut, knarzte aber, wenn man sich bewegte. - Die Sauberkeit war passabel und akzeptabel obgleich kleinerer Auffälligkeiten wie kleinere Staubflusen am Boden, Anzeichen der Ablösung der seitliche Kunststoff-Beschichtung an der Abzugshaube oder aber ein dunkler Streifen im Badezimmerspiegel. Im großen und ganzen aber akzeptabel. - Ein Aufzug zum erreichen des Zimmers fehlte, aber über Treppen kam man ganz gut zum gebuchten Zimmer.

La chambre et lits étaient bien

Le chauffage centrale éteint à notre arrivée , il faisait froid dans la chambre! Nous nous sommes blessés en montant l’escalier sur un morceau de métal qui sortait ( je l’ai redressé pour éviter que cela arrive à d’autres) ! L’attitude du personnel quand nous faisons des remarques n’est surtout pas orienté client! Le frigo avec une seule étagère, il existe une hotte mais nous avons appris que nous ne pouvions pas cuisiner ! Il faudra m’expliquer à quoi sert la hotte! Parking j’ai demandé un plan car je ne voyais pas ( réponse on vous l’a montré du doigt! ) quand j’ai suggéré qu’un plan aurait pu être sur le comptoir on m’a envoyé paître !
