easy to find, late machine check-in possible, breakfast enough to choose from, room was warm and a little small but ok for a short stay,

in my opinion the bathroom was not prepared for the next guests, which really spoils the overall positive stay we had and as we arrived after reception hours, it was difficult to change things

Very practical. Close to public transportation. The accomodation was small but had everything needed for a night stay.

Wifi is so bad, at least on the second floor there is almost no signal and even if you manage to connect it still does not work. They need to upgrade wifi network. Maybe add a powerfull router and at least a repeater per floor.

Very spacious room, all necessary things were available. Check-in went good, parking was easy to find and free.

staff > super friendly room > big enough, small bathroom, next to the road/tram. breakfast > not included so no idea parking > staff helped us to put the care in safety, appreciate it

room noise, when window is closed it's "okay" but still a lot of noise. Tram, car, bikes, until 1 am and from 6am... We slept here for one night as we drive from France to Czech Republic, couldn't sleep more than 5 hours maybe. Curtains > not big enough, light is passing at the bottom and woke me up.

The room was nice and big, and there was enough space around for parking.

The bathroom however was small and cramped. The breakfast was continental in the sense that there was lots of choice, however the bread was old. Also it was unclear at the time of booking whether breakfast was included or not. One could not get breakfast when booking online, One could only book breakfast on premises. (Probably to make it look cheaper on Booking?)

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, nette Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, unkompliziertes automatisches Einchecken, Betten gut, Fenster mit gutem Lärmschutz, Parkplatz am Hotel vorhanden, Frühstück ausreichend

Bad klein, nur ein Haken für Handtücher an der Dusche,(Separate Handtuchstange war aber vorhanden, jedoch nicht in Reichweite der Dusche) Badvorleger zerschlissen, eine Nachttischlampe defekt (nicht das Leuchtmittel, sondern die gesamte Leuchte), Bettwäsche zwar gewaschen und sauber, aber mit einem kleinen Fleck und einem kleinen Loch, elektrischer Bad- Entlüfter sitzt lose in der Wand

Einmal war schon zu viel

Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht besonders angenehm: Laminatboden, Tür und Türrahmen sowie die Fußleisten waren deutlich beschädigt. Die Fenster bieten keinerlei Schallschutz man hat das Gefühl, die Straßenbahn direkt streicheln zu können. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein, der Toilettengang nur mit Verrenkung möglich. Ein Duschvorhang in so engem Raum ist zudem unpraktisch und unhygienisch. Das Frühstück war leider eher enttäuschend weder Auswahl noch Qualität konnten überzeugen. Zusätzlich wurden Schienenarbeiten bis spät in die Nacht durchgeführt, was natürlich nicht am Hotel liegt, aber den Schlaf massiv gestört hat. Insgesamt kein erholsamer Aufenthalt – hier besteht definitiv Renovierungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf.
