Tisza River Apartman

We had an amazing 2-night stay in this beautiful apartment and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It exceeded our expectations in every way and was much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel room. The apartment is spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the balcony, which had a small table and two chairs – the perfect place to relax in the morning or evening. The open-plan living room was fantastic, with a large Smart TV that offered Netflix and many other apps. The sofa was sturdy, comfortable, and easily converted into a bed if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a spacious freezer with multiple drawers. It truly felt like home. The bedroom was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, smelled fresh and pleasant, and had stylish lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. Another big advantage was the location. Shops were only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient to buy groceries and other essentials. Overall, my girlfriend and I were truly impressed by this fabulous apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Szeged!

The only issue we experienced happened upon our arrival. We reached the apartment quite late, around 9:00 PM, and unfortunately, we couldn’t access the key because the lockbox code we had received was incorrect. We tried calling the provided phone number for about 30 minutes without any success. At one point, we were almost ready to give up and start looking for another place to stay. Thankfully, we eventually received a call, and it was explained that the cleaning staff had changed the lockbox code without informing the host. We were very relieved that the situation was resolved and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay in this wonderful apartment. As a kind gesture, we were offered a 2-hour late check-out, which we really appreciated. We only mention this so future guests can be aware that, if possible, it may be better to arrive a bit earlier in the day, just in case any unexpected issues arise. Apart from this unfortunate incident, everything else was excellent. Thank you once again for the lovely stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return in the future.

Tiszta, igényes és egyben tökéletes volt. Ágy ágyruha ✔️✔️ volt redőny így aludni is lehetett.

Minden tettszett! már másodszor voltunk, de még biztos sokat fogunk jönni (1,5 - 2 havonta). Minden optimális, minden gördülékenyen megy, mindenre oda figyelnek a tulajdonosok, és maximálisan igyekszenek eleget tenni a vendég kényelméért. Szuper ingatlan, szuper helyen, szuper jó fej tulajdonosokkal. CSAK AJÁNLANI TUDOM.

Ismerős környékén volt. Csendes lakás liftes, kertes házban, kocsi beállási lehetőséggel. Jó beosztású, jól felszerelt, kényelmes lakás.

A hirdetéstől eltérően tusoló helyett egy használhatatlan fürdőkád volt félig egy beugróban, egy fix paravánnal még szűkítve a belépési lehetőséget a ferde végű kádba. A vízcsap pedig a beugró végében volt. Emiatt kénytelenek voltunk a szegedi barátainknál tisztálkodni. Célszerű lenne a beugróba tusolót tenni a kád helyett. A vízkiépítés ehhez adott. Ugyancsak jó lenne, ha az étkezőrészben a bárszékes megoldás helyett hagyományos étkező kialakítás lenne, az asztallap normál magasságba helyezésével és a székek lábának megrövidítésével.
