Good, could have been better for the price.

The apartment layout was good and the host was very attentive and helpful. Location was pretty good, although the steps up to the area did get gruelling in the heat!

The apartment itself was nice but wasn’t as clean as we expected. The air conditioning only worked intermittently and the balcony had a broken fridge freezer on it. The inside of the washing machine was very dirty, with coins and grime from previous users, so we couldn’t use it.

A peaceful and well-equipped apartment with wonderful hosts—felt just like home!

If you’re in doubt about booking this place, don’t think twice. I assure you, you’ll feel great too. The apartment is located on a hill, about 15 minutes away from the city center. The host was perfect—very welcoming and exceptionally clean. I felt really comfortable during my stay. The apartment had everything I needed, and everything was in perfect working order. There’s also a supermarket just about 7 minutes away. The owners were very communicative and helpful at all times. I truly felt at home. Thank you, until next time!

The flat was very clean and spacious.

I specifically request a property with AC and the property manager asked me not to use the AC in the bedrooms since they release water. Property is located in an area that was not accessible by bus or train.

Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Montecarlo raggiungibile anche a piedi. Appartamento spazioso. Lavastoviglie.

Nell’appartamento non funzionavano le tapparelle di sala e camera: per la sala problema poco rilevante ma per la camera il problema è la luce che entrava nonostante dalla struttura ci sia stato consigliato di utilizzare le tende da sole e le tende oscuranti della camera che non erano sufficienti a coprire tutta la finestra. Alla fine il secondo giorno con un po di pazienza ho riparato la tapparella e ho risolto da solo il problema. Al nostro arrivo la casa era stata pulita molto velocemente abbiamo trovato piatti nella credenza ancora sporchi di sugo, cestini sporchi, e pulizia in generale non curata. Pentole a mio parere non sufficienti, solo una pentola e una padella in condizioni disastrose (ho dovuto acquistare delle nuove pentole). Nella doccia non scendeva l’acqua, ho dovuto sturare lo scarico che era intasato di capelli che non facevano più scendere nulla (sempre per mano mia!!). Letti un po scomodi con alcune doghe rotte e le lenzuola di una camera era macchiate (lavate ma con macchie evidenti). Lavatrice non nelle migliori condizioni (abbiamo evitato di usarla).

Gute Alternative zu den überteuerten Hotels

Schönes und grosses Apartment leicht ausserhalb von Monaco (und deshalb bezahlbar). Freundliche Gastgeberin, die bereits im Vorfeld von sich aus Kontakt aufgenommen hat, unsere Bedürfnisse abgefragt und die Schlüsselübergabe vereinbart hat.

Die beiden Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind für zwei Personen eher eng. Es gibt aber ein Schlafsofa, auf das man ausweichen könnte. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, aber aufgrund der monegassischen Bauweise nur eine Aussicht bis zum Gebäude direkt davor.

- Ruim appartement met grote badkamer en van alle gemakken voorzien, modern ingericht - Host was zeer vriendelijk - Smart tv - Wifi werkte perfect

- Eten van vorige huurders stond nog in koelkast - Naar locatie was lastig te navigeren met googlemaps ( misschien lag het aan onze provider icm grensgebied) waardoor we heenweg met onze bagage over steile trappen moesten. Google was het pad telkens kwijt. De laatste dag van 3 dgn dat we er waren eindelijk route gevonden met minder steile trappen. Verbeterpunten: - paar schilderijen aan de muur voor de gezelligheid. - volgens mijn man een wat degelijker werkblad voor de keuken erop leggen. Zo zonde dat er vocht in de naden trekt en keukenblad met vochtplekken zit. - werkende kurkentrekker - paar vaatwastabletten bij aankomst. Was wel handafwasmiddel maar geen sponsje - Rolluik eerste slaapkamer werkte niet. - Vierde stoel aan eettafel ontbrak ( voor ons geen probleem maar met 4 wel) , zou persoonlijk andere stoelen eraan zetten ( kunststof of leder), was zonde dat 2 stoelen, op stof grote vlekken zaten.
