Great host and the room is spacious.

The toilet where the water from shower corner tends to overflow to the rest of the toilet. Will be good if the shower corner can be partitioned or have low kerb to prevent water from overflowing.

Tram N2 stop just few hundred meters from the apaprtments was our main communication with center. Approx 20 minutes to Opera and about 10 to Swedenplatz. Calm and quiet appartments, nice inner yard, and comfortable roof terrace to spend evening with a glass of wine under open sky.

Water draining in the wash basin was a bit cloged.

Price, location, cleanliness. Check-in was easy, convenient, and smooth. Communication was good. The property was quiet. Overall, really good value for money.

Amenities. I tried to use their washing machine - there were no instructions in English. And it ended locking my laundry inside. Eventually, I figured out that I need to pay for 90 minutes at least. But, overall, doing laundry turned into an adventure.

The location is not so central but close enough to tram stops and close to a large urban park (which can be nice to relax with children). The apartment is roomy, the sound proofing is good and the building has a very pleasant inner courtyard. The building seems to have been extensively renovated a few years ago.

Unfortunately, even if the building seems to have been renovated a few years ago, it also seems that maintenance has been neglected since then. When we arrived, the weather was very sunny and warm but the floor heating was running full blast. Turning down the thermostats did not work, we had to keep all windows open day and night (so the sound proofing was gone, and traffic noise starts quite early in the morning). It took a few days for the management to send somebody to fix the heating. The air conditioning was not working so it was not an option either... (but a technician came to change the batteries of the remote at the same time he turned the floor heating down, on the other hand the AC units did help circulate the air but did not produce cooler air). There was also a pulled electrical plug in the bathroom (the part that is supposed to be in the wall was sticking out of the wall, so in terms of electrical safety in a bathroom, this was not ideal). This also got fixed after a few days. The cooking stove never worked, despite multiple requests to get it fixed (the management visibly dragged its feet to avoid having to fix it, always coming back to "it's an induction stove, you have to put a cooking pot on top first". Yes, I've been using induction cooking for the last 15 years, thanks!). Without all these issues, I would have given it an 8, because it is a nice building with a nice courtyard, because it is roomy and pleasant but the kitchen was fitted with the bare minimum. Overall, the management could easily bring this accommodation back to its former glory if there is a will...
