2 Bedroom Apartment for 6 near Augarten & U4 - U2 Metro

We ended up walking along the Danube Canal our first evening and realized we had picked exactly the right neighborhood. Leopoldstadt has this quieter local feel that the touristy center does not, but you are still only a short metro ride or a decent walk from everything. The apartment felt like someone's actual well kept home rather than a rental. Clean, spacious, thought through. The layout just made sense, enough room to spread out, a living area where you could actually sit comfortably, bathroom functional and tidy. After a full day walking Vienna it was genuinely nice to come back to. Check-in was private and easy, everything explained beforehand, no fuss on arrival. Kitchen had what we needed so most mornings were slow coffee and toast before heading out. Washing machine, smart TV, heating, lift, all the stuff that makes a few nights feel effortless rather than just manageable. Taborstraße metro is close and Praterstern not far so getting around was never an issue. We walked to Kunst Haus Wien one morning on a whim, wandered through Augarten another afternoon, and found a couple of cafés nearby that we liked more than anything in the first district. The kind of neighborhood where you start walking with no plan and end up somewhere good.

Gute Infrastruktur und Transport! Schöne große Wohnung - ruhige Lage! Fahrstuhl. Kommunikation mit 'Vermietern'. Es wurde sofort reagiert!

Ausflüsse haben stark gerochen, Wasserdruck in der Dusche extrem schlecht, keine Gewürze etc. vorhanden, Küchenausstattung insgesamt nicht so gut - keine Tee- oder Kaffeekannen, Messer schlechte Qualität. Nur Kaffeekapselautomat - ohne Kapseln... Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen der 2 Zimmer gewählt - es war aber kein zweites Laken vorhanden. Nach einem Anruf kam aber ein sehr netter Mensch vorbei und hat ein Bettlaken vorbeigebracht. Scheinbar war es unsere Schuld, da wir auf eine Mail nicht reagiert haben. Tipp: Laken und Handtücher als Ersatz in der Wohnung lagern! Fernsehprogramme funktionieren nur mit eigenen Zugängen (Netflix, Google).

אהבתי 1. תקשורת מהירה, זריזה, יעילה וטובה עם המקום, תמיד היו עונים מהר. 2. החימום בדירה היה טוב מאוד 3. דירה גדולה מאוד, נוחה, ומעניינת.

1. זרם המים היה כל פעם משתנה - מחם לפושר ... לא כל כך יציב. 2. המיקום - טיפה רחוק מתחנת מטרו - קשה ללכת בקור עם מזוודות כ-15 דקות, אך לאחר יממה - מצאתי תחנת טרמוואי כ-3 דקות מהדירה - הרבה יותר נוח ומומלץ. 3. שילמנו על שירותי ניקיון - אך בפועל לא ניקו את דירה ... 4. המטבח לא היה מאובזר אפילו לא בקפה או תה .

bella casa, spaziosa, ben arredata. buona posizione per visitare la città e anche a piedi un quartiere interessante

finestra del bagno non si apre e quindi rimane la puzza. la finestra della cucina è rotta e non si chiude. manca l’aria condizionata, siamo arrivati a metà agosto e si boccheggiava. per fortuna ci hanno fornito dei ventilatori ma poco potenti in realtà. l’acqua calda della doccia esce dopo 10 minuti dall’apertura e non si riesce a regolare la temperatura. nessuna dotazione di saponi o bagno schiuma. In generale molto carenti con i servizi primari.
