Apartment near Augarten - Donaukanal - U4 & U2 Metro

This is one of the best quality-price ratio in this are of the city (the offer tends to be quite bad). I have been travelling to Vienna for the past year for a few days or weeks and this is one of the top flats I have been in: - Good location - Clean - Kitchen utensils - Easy check-in - Availability of the staff to answer any questions.

A couple of details maybe: - It would be nice to have some soap in the bathroom and some coffee/tea in the kitchen for the first night - The neighbors were quite loud when I stayed there, but this is not the flat management's fault

Die Wohnung hat eine ziemlich gute Lage: Wirklich nur 2-3 Gehminuten von einer Tram-Haltestelle entfernt, die durch zwei Linien sehr gut bedient wird. Ebenfalls sehr nahe ein Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für zwei Leute, die tagsüber unterwegs sind. Wir haben fast alles an Ausstattung vorgefunden, was wir brauchten, und kamen bestens zurecht. Kleiderschränke und der Badezimmerschrank boten viel Platz um alle unsere Sachen unterzubringen. Kontakt zum Vermieter bestand ausschließlich per Mail, mehr war auch nicht nötig.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas beengt wegen des Heißwasserbereiters, der in den Raum hineinragt. Einstieg in das Bett ist praktisch nur über das Fußende möglich, denn rechts und links ist kaum Platz- auch nicht für ein Nachtschränkchen

no te persianes i les cortines son molt poc fosques i no tapen la llum. els que dormen al sofà llit tenen també la llum i el soroll de l'escala ja que la porta d'entrada es transparent i no es pot tapar de cap manera. El pis es molt i molt caluros, i no hi ha aire acondicionat, i reaulta que has de demanar ventiladors sembla que per adelantat perquè no estàn diaponibles directament. La primera nit la vam dormir a 30 graus sense ventilador i ens voliem morir. Per sort els propietaris van ser resolutius i ens van portar ventilador per segona nit, tot i això massa calor.
