Palazzo Mysanus Samedan

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die absolute Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus und das überaus herzliche Personal, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das morgendliche Frühstück war ebenfalls super und liess keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ursula was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my staff. The room was also very comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious, especially the hazelnut yogurt. I also loved the fact that you get access to the Aquaspa next door for your stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samedan.

I like the fact that I could use the Mineral Therm Facilities, everyday if I wanted. It is only 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Before going, I asked if I could bring my luggage in the morning and the answer was yes, no problem. When I arrived the door was closed and there was a phone number. I called but got the answering machine. So I had to carry my luggage all the time till I could check in. Also the staff was not really client oriented. At the end, I did not even get a good-bye from the person who asked for the signature and I did not even got a receipt. It was also the first time that I paid fully through booking and had to sign a receipt by the facility.
