The location was perfect. Very close to the old city and public transportation. The breakfast that they served in the room was top-notch. This is a great value for the money. I would stay here again!

Disappointing!

Olga was really nice and very helpful. She not only helped us with all the information related to the hotel and room, but also to book the bus to Chamonix and explained as all the process. She also helped us with getting around the neighborhood and provided breakfast even when we had to leave very early.

The facilities in general felt very run down. The beds were very uncomfortable; we could feel every spring in the mattresses. The bathroom, besides being super tiny, had a tub that was super high... I felt it was dangerous to get in and out. Location is not as good as other reviews stated.

Enjoyed Geneva . but preferred the Suisse Hotel which we also stayed in.

Excellent location in centre & near train station. Room was plain, but had everything required for a 2 night stay. breakfast was good, continental served in room.

I didn't like the tourist tax payable at the end of the stay, £15 . The receptionist did not mention it when we checked in, also did not offer a printed travel pass which we received at the other hotels in Switzerland. The safe did not work.

I think we were lucky to find the perfect place to stay for what seemed to us to be a fair price.

Perfect location, lovely staff, good beds, clean comfortable room and we really appreciated the included breakfast.

Decoration and furnishings perhaps a bit tired, but that didn’t really matter.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and were allowed to check in after waiting for less than 30 minutes. Very nice breakfast, big portion, which is sufficient for 3 people (at least for not so big eater).

The water pressure of the shower is a bit low.

Perfect location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served in the room and was very nice. We only stayed one night. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

Swiss Roll

Picked the hotel for the location near the train station and a tour we had booked. Perfect choice only 5 mins from the train station and opposite the bus station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the lake is only 5 mins away. Continental breakfast served in the room and very nice. Would stay here again in Geneva, good clean room and friendly helpful staff.

Our stay is perfect we got the good weather except on the final day.

Location is just few minutes away from Geneva/ Cornavin station. Laurence not sure if he’s the owner, he was very helpful kind and provided us to make our stay comfortable. He allowed us to leave our luggage’s in safe place after our check out.

Location is great for the purpose I needed. Room was spacious. Breakfast is served to your room at the time your request. Quite nice. Friendly staff.

We had the spacious apartment which had self catering facilities which were very welcome. Ideal if you are staying for a longer period of time.

Very good help from the young woman at the reception desk

My room was not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for me as a solo traveler. I appreciated the powerful fan on the warm evening. I received exceptional service from the young woman at the reception desk. I talked with her about arranging for late arrival and she followed through with good instructions. However, I thought I had not received them, so she re-sent the information and made sure I was clear on the process. It went very smoothly. She also made sure I had the free ticket for the train to the airport. It saved me a little money and the stress of figuring out the ticket machine at the station. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the bus “station” which worked out very well. Nice breakfast delivered to my room at the time I requested.,

Great location, big rooms, good price!

Room was actually a small apartment including kitchen with a table which was good. Breakfast was light and basic but brought direct to room on time. We turned up a few hours early on arrival to store bags before check-in but room was available so we got straight in. We were able to leave bags in hotel after check out. Plenty of towels and bed was comfy.

Be aware that there is no air-con, although fans were provided. It was a hot night when we were there, windows can open but you can hear traffic noise. It wasn't advertised so we weren't disappointed but if you need air-con book somewhere else.

Excellent choice for short/long stays

Everything was very clean and confy, the personnel kind and friendly, very good breakfast - nothing fancy but substantial and good quality food; the location is perfect to go everywhere - feels like being in the heart of town with all very handy: services, food and different ransport choices. I'd definitely stay here next time.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the lake and a short walk to the train station. The room was small but suited my needs very well. I was able to use the desk to work. The hotel manager who checked me in was exceptionally kind and helpful, something which I appreciate very much I love that i was sent a free transport voucher before I arrived so i didnt have to worry about purchasing tickets. This made getting around locally very simple Breakfast was included and was delivered to my room which was a really nice surprise! I was on a very tight schedule and it saved me a lot of time

The room was facing a side road that turned out to be quite noisy. However the double glazing was very effective, although the hot weather made this rather uncomfortable. The bed was a bit unstable, and it felt like there was a small ridge in the mattress.

The property and staff were great, very convenient location as well, easy access to transport and entertainment. I did stay in the property a few more nights in one of the apartments under a co-workers name, was a wonderful stay.

I have no real complaints, the bed could have been more comfortable, but that is so minor.

Great location at a fair price

The location was exceptional and the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Most spoke English. The continental breakfast was brought to the room each morning at a designated time chosen by the guest. No air conditioning, but a portable fan was provided (upon request). Reception is on the third floor by elevator. It was about 4 downhill blocks from the train station (but a bit uphill going back).

No one around after about 9PM. Electricity went out the first night and was not turned back on until the following morning

The room was basic but adequately furnished. We appreciated the bedside tables & lamps. The breakfast was 'excellent' & very comprehensive - there was everything you could want & it was a nice surprise to have an egg added to the B & B style of breakfast. The staff were very approachable & helpful & the location was terrific & close to alot of things.

I thought there was a balcony at this venue but I was mistaken & the view from our room was not very good. The room had a cold atmosphere with wooden floorboards, but overall, we had a good experience.

So easy to find and the staff so friendly! Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was just what was needed - a wonderful tray of goodies 🙂

The only thing was the beds were not comfy! But we literally fell asleep so fast after 28,000 steps exploring that day!!

Fair price room for a short stay, convenient location

The location is convenient, about 7mins walk to the main train station and 3 mins walk to the lake. Free luggage store, and free transport pass for Geneva provided. The price of the room is comparatively low, good for a night with simple breakfast included (brought to your room)

Can be a bit noisy at night and need to keep the window open as there is no air conditioner but only a fan, the air circulation isnt very good. The bathroom is really old but the water was warm. Doesnt feel very clean, and the decoration of the whole room looks quite old

Serious concerns for immediate review and inspection: dirty bathroom with hair in the sink and stinks, heating does not work and was extremely cold overnight, spoiled milk in the very poor breakfast served only in the bedroom, very hard old destroyed mattress that I could not sleep, no sound proof at all as voices from other rooms were like being in the same room. Dangerous for health issues. I’ll complain formally requesting full refund.
