Polite friendly staff , let us leave our luggage in the foyer . So handy for bus station (literally across the road )

Very centrally located, right outside a main bus stop where we were able to get the city tour bus. Very short walk to the main train station and there were tram stops very close too. Also very close the water front and various tourist attractions.
Staff were friendly.
Room was a bit tired - felt more like a private room in a hostel. There were very little in terms of shared space - for example, only a few couches by reception, no restaurant - we had to eat breakfast at the desk in our room (your breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning at a time of your chosing).
It wasn't super clean in the room, very little storage for luggage and awkward sockets for charging phones etc. by the beds.
We opted to leave our luggage after checking out to explore the city a bit more before our onward train but had to leave our bags out in the seating area, which wasn't ideal.
