The appartment has been apparently recently renewed, very well equipped, wide rooms, big bathroom. The position is quite good, 10min by foot to the closest tube station (line 13).
The appartment is provided with a smart TV, which is good but the TV is not connected to an aerial and therefore you cannot watch simple channels other than pay-per-view web channels.

The roon is bigger enough.
We need to take and return the door key at another place needing walk at least 15 minutes. It was very bad experience.
