Sotza’s Little House

Está en un pueblo muy tranquilo, a 20/25 min de cualquier playa. En todo momento facilitaron la llegada e incluso nos dejaron toallas de playa, sombrilla y sillas.

A nice small house in a quiet village. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and very well-eqipped. Overall, a positive experience.

Very difficult communication with the host. After reading other guests' comments, I realized that all positive comments regarding the host were about Elia (whom we did not meet) and not the man who was in charge of the property. We never received the code of the keybox, so we couldn't get in. The phone number given on the booking correspopendence did not answer (5G signal is also very week in the village). Fortunately, a neighbour who saw us desperate phoned up the owner. Her sister appeared, gave us water after a long a delayed trip and finally she found the code and we got in the house. Moreover, despite guests' positive comments regarding Sotza's hospitality, there was almost nothing for breakfast except some leftovers (some butter and marmellade and a tiny cake). When we phoned up to let the gentleman in charge of the house know about this, he replied that he was not obbliged to offer us anything more. So, if you arrive late, remember to have something to eat for breakfast the day after. Also, the tiny staircase is extremely tight- not suitable for children or old guests. Finally, the lower level is a basement with a slightly unpleasant smell.

Absolutely everything was perfect! The house is lovely, located in a quiet area with no crowds, ideal for a relaxing stay. The owner is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She even surprised us with breakfast products and delicious traditional Sardinian sweets and bread. The house is very well equipped – plenty of pillows, towels (including beach towels), kitchen utensils, cleaning products, spices, coffee, coffee capsules, as well as beach umbrellas and chairs – everything you could possibly need to feel truly at home. Rooms are nice decorated and big enough - also the mattress are very comfortable. We’ve traveled a lot, but here we felt the most cared for thanks to the owner’s dedication and warmth. The location is also excellent: close to San Teodoro, with easy access to the most beautiful beaches and shopping areas.

È stata un' esperienza incredibile! Elia è un' host perfetta, è gentile, attenta, si prende cura degli ospiti facendoli sentire unici e coccolati. La casa è deliziosa e soprattutto è completa di tutto, non manca nulla. È presente anche il necessario per andare in spiaggia. La posizione è strategica, a 15 minuti da San Teodoro e da innumerevoli spiagge una più bella dell' altra. Per gli amanti dei monti, si può visitare il monte Nieddu raggiungibile in 15 minuti. Vorrei ringraziare Elia per la sua calda accoglienza e anche la vicina la sra Pina che è stata davvero gentile e piacevole. Grazie di tutto
