    We truly enjoyed our stay at Asian Grand Hotel and had a wonderful breakfast experience. The room had a great ambiance, was clean, and offered plenty of space, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Bassem for his assistance. He was very kind, accommodating, and hospitable. We highly recommend Asian Grand Hotel and will definitely book again on our next visit to Dubai!

    A Very Disappointing Experience – Would Never Stay Here Again! My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not stay here again. The biggest issue was the terrible sound insulation in the rooms. The noise from the nightclub was excessively loud and could clearly be heard even on the third floor, making it extremely difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. After complaining to the reception team, I was moved to a room on the fourth floor. However, the very next day, I experienced exactly the same problem and had to move again to the fifth floor. Unfortunately, the noise issue persisted, with no noticeable improvement. It is unacceptable for guests to have to change rooms multiple times just to find some peace and quiet. Another major disappointment was the lack of basic personal care amenities in the rooms. Guests have to request these items from reception and then wait a long time for them to be delivered. Furthermore, the soap and shampoo provided were insufficient, and the dispensers appeared to be refilled rather than adequately replenished to meet guests’ needs. Honestly, the level of comfort and service falls far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Guests should be able to enjoy a peaceful stay, proper amenities, and prompt service, but unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will definitely not return. I strongly urge the management to address the noise and soundproofing issues, improve the availability of essential amenities, and raise the overall standard of service to match the expectations of a five-star property.
