Nothing exceptional, but clean and Worth what you paid for. Breakfast was minimal. Wouldn’t say 5star, but definitely worth what you paid for.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The check-in process was smooth and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were also great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. A special mention to the staff for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. They were always ready to assist and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again

We checked in and the receptionist is insisting for a 200AED deposit. I told him that I don’t agree for a charge of the deposit on my card. He suggested about withdrawing cash on the atm at the hotel. I tried but it was out of service at that time. I came back told him that, and he did not believe me and sent a staff to check if it really was out of service. In the end, it was solved with the original plan of just removing the minibar from the room. It could’ve saved both of our time if he just did that initially.
