I super appreciate Lanson Place MOA for the effort. I requested a simple surprise message for my newlywed son and his wife upon check-in. This was the only wedding gift I could give them, so I really wanted to make their stay extra special. I simply sent an email, and Lanson Place responded quickly and kindly helped with my request. My son and his wife were so happy and really enjoyed their stay. They also loved the delicious breakfast buffet! Definitely worth the money, and the location is very convenient, especially since it’s near Mall of Asia. Thank you, Lanson Place, for making their stay even more special! ❤️

Nice location, accommodation great, very spacious room, with just little problem with breakfast, 30 minutes waiting in line for seat. But the food is delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lanson Place, and from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The check-in process was seamless, and all of our requests were accommodated. We were especially grateful that the team was kind enough to upgrade our room as we were celebrating a special occasion. The beautiful room setup, together with the complimentary cake, made our celebration even more memorable and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the quality of the food was impressive. I also appreciated the attentive service of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always smiling, and they made sure to check back with guests to ensure everything was well taken care of. The security team at the parking area also deserves recognition for being kind and helpful in assisting me with parking. Overall, it was a great stay, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay special. We would definitely consider staying at Lanson Place MOA again and would highly recommend it to others.

This is the only 5-star hotel I have stayed at where I genuinely regretted booking. If you are travelling by car, I ABSOLUTELY recommend staying somewhere else. Parking was expressly included in my Agoda booking. Yet upon arrival, I was not assured of a parking slot and had to argue with the building personnel just to establish that I was entitled to the parking I had already booked and paid for. Even if you manage to park, leaving the hotel means risking the loss of your slot when you return. The alternatives are equally unacceptable. Valet parking costs extra, and outside parking is also at the guest's expense. So you can book a room with parking included and still be forced to pay more simply because the hotel cannot provide the parking it advertised. What makes this particularly unacceptable is that this does not appear to be an isolated or unforeseen problem. The hotel knows it does not have sufficient parking, yet continues to advertise and include parking in its bookings. At that point, this is no longer merely poor planning or limited capacity. It feels like deliberate misrepresentation: offering something to attract bookings while knowing that it cannot reliably be provided. And there is no meaningful solution. The inconvenience, confusion, and additional cost are simply pushed onto the guest. For a hotel presenting itself as 5-star, this is an astonishing failure in management and customer service. The very first part of the stay—arriving and parking your car—becomes a dispute. I should not have to argue for something that was included in my reservation. This is one of the worst value-for-money hotel experiences I have had. I would not book this hotel again, and I strongly discourage anyone with a car from booking it. If you do not have a car, perhaps this will not affect you. But if you do, there are far better and more honest choices.
