About this apartment rental
Located in Parikia, the main port of Paros,
the apartment is made up of 2 rooms:
- The main room has a double bed, separated from the kitchen area by a pretty white curtain on a rail. Access to the balcony with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy it at any time.
- the bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe. Access to a functional balcony with drying rack.
A total of 3 beds for 4 guests.
It is equipped with:
- a kitchenette: with sink, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils, table and chairs,
- 2 full bathrooms (one from the bedroom, the other from the main room),
- 2 balconies (one with table, seats, parasol)
- Reversible climate control; Wireless.

- The apartment is in a Cycladic-style house that we renovated in 2014.
- Our house, which is called "Olympian-apartments" (https: // olympian-apartments.com - our street does not have a name yet! -), is nestled in the heart of a neighborhood, quiet, with jasmines and bougainvillea, and will provide you with an ideal environment to relax and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek vacation.
- Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of alleys (accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica) and 500 from the port where the ferries arrive/depart.
- Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes.
It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.
We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels).

My husband and I had dreampt of returning to Paros and we finally made it! Staying with Herve and Jean-Phillippe at their lovely, comfortable and well-located apartment was a perfect gift for a very special birthday celebration. Parikia seems to get better every time I visit, and combines a low-key vacation atmosphere with an authentic "real Greek island" environment. Merci mille fois, Herve et Jean-Phillippe!

This place was exceptional. Very clean, cosy and comfortable. The host welcome us at the property and even organise our taxi from airport. Very friendly and caring people. On arrival we found cold beer and water in the fridge. Thank you so much!Short distance to supermarket,restaurants,port and beach.We had amazing time and I recommend this place to anyone. Once again thank you very much!

Very well-kept and functional apartment. Very kind owner. Location close to all services: beach, parking, porto, restaurants, supermarket, center, atm.

We had a lovely repeat stay having stayed before about 6 years ago. The accommodation was as great as we remembered. Fab location for getting to the beach. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!
