Good spot with a great view and gracious hostess.

The hostess was welcoming and helpful. Very easy to communicate with. Balcony in our room was lovely, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and clean. Great pressure in the shower and plenty hot water. 10 minute walk from the old town and easy access to main road. Access to quiet and cozy beach within a minute of walking, far from the crowds. The hostess provides candy and biscuits in the lobby, which was a very friendly touch. We highly recommend this place.

The fridge was a bit noisy at night. WiFi not always reliable. Not always privacy in the balcony due to its design. It would be helpful to have a bucket of water or tap outside, to rinse off sand from the beach. Windows were rusty and could use replacement. None of these were a big deal, though, and we would happily return.

Big and clean room 15 minutes walking from the city center

Very clean, big room, spacious bathroom, helpful host, good AC, nice balcony, well-equipped kitchen

The WiFi didn’t work very well. It is a steep hill down to the hotel, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great view in a convenient location, a perfect choice for a few days in Paros.

Keys were slightly difficult to use, signage for the property could have been clearer.

Poor communication Bad location no taxi driver new rhe name of property Couldn't get hold of the owner to get the keys Expensive for the minimal space, wasn't very clean and the shower had no curtain or a proper shower hold so having a shower was so difficult

The room is comfortable and the small balcony is very nice. I could check in before the official hours.

Cleaning service was available only upon request. Rooms are located a bit far away from the old town and the port.

the owner is pleasant and polite and the room is reasonably priced.

20 minutes away from the port especially with heavy luggage considering that the street asphalt is quite rough makes the transportation to the hotel quite tiring..

Very very small room, it doesnt look like on the pictures, and no place for clothes. This part of the city is quite windy and far from port terminal and main bus station

Very clean and comfortable stay, with a great sea view offering everything we needed.

The sea view was amazing from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. the cooking facilities were good. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Bit of a walk into town of Parikia so keep that in mind.

Comfortable and beautiful stay in Parika, Paros.

VIew from the balcony is amazing. You can witness a magical sunset in the evening from the balcony. The host is super nice. She will show you the best beaches is paros and some nice spots for eating if you ask.

The room was a little tight but was comfortable overall.

Camera un po piccola ma con ogni confort , bagno spazioso , posizione non centralissima ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa

A due passi dal centro, ma nel relax

La posizione di per sé è ottima e in 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Paroikia! Katerina è dolcissima, super disponibile e ci ha aiutato nel nostro trasferimento per l'aeroporto! Wifi perfettamente funzionante e ottima vista dal balcone. Camera non molto spaziosa, ma con gli elementi essenziali e il corridoio che conduce alle varie camere, è molto grazioso e curato!

Purtroppo la discesa per arrivare alla struttura è davvero molto ripida, ed avendo noleggiato uno scooter, la paura di poter scivolare o non riuscire a fare bene la salita era tanta, ma alla fine è solo questione di abitudine. Disturbava un po' il rumore del frigo la notte e l'odore che emanava il condizionatore, quando era in funzione; probabilmente doveva essere pulito.

Fantastico soggiorno, da ripetere

La posizione bellissima, la pulizia perfetta, la cordialità, la disponibilità la gentilezza di Katerina. Il set da bagno sempre presente e in camera e nelle aree comuni ci sono caffè, tè’ etc da usare con il bollitore. Accortezze da grande albergo.

Rapport qualité prix, terrasse pour voir le coucher du soleil. Plage à proximité. Port à 20 min à pieds. Commerce à 10min à pieds. Climatisation, frigo.

Dommage qu’il n’y pas de volet qui ferme complètement pour cacher la lumière du jour.
