    Everything was absolutely excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would especially like to highlight the wonderful gesture from the hotel, as I was celebrating my wedding anniversary during my stay. They kindly upgraded me to a beautiful room with a sea view and also surprised me with a bottle of wine accompanied by fresh fruit in the room. I truly appreciated this thoughtful and generous gesture. It made our anniversary even more special and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

    The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. Our room was clean. The pool and especially the Waterpark which is included if you reserve the all included package were what the kids needed. Generally it was nice. One thing that needs more care is the lunch and the dinner, maybe if they had better choices(not more) on the buffet.

    The food wasn't as good as it has been before on previous stays over the years, every salad dish had peppers in, I can't eat peppers so had to get separate lettuce, tomato, cucumber, which can be bland and can get at home, most meat dishes had spices or peppers again. I paid for half board but ended up going out almost every night for tea, The reception staff were lovely and friendly and helpful but the waitress/waiters were miserable, didn't speak to you or smile, we had to keep asking for drinks or most of the time we didn't have one, we only got asked once if we wanted a drink. The head waiter (older man) didn't acknowledge anyone unless you were female + young, he walked round miserable and never spoke. The cleaners were lazy and only threw the covers on the bed and threw toilet cleaner down the toilet, we had to ask for toilet rolls, a spare pillow, towels, in the end I told the cleaner not to bother as it made no difference, there's no atmosphere around the pool, I've stayed at this hotel several times and this time was the worst, I booked it seperate and for the price which still wasn't cheap booking 3 week prior to arrival, I'm not a snob and dont expect 5 star unless I pay for 5 star but the standards get worse every year. I still had a good holiday but I love Cyprus and go every year but maybe not back this hotel but everybody's standards are difference, there are better hotels but certainly worse
