It was great for the value and area over all!!

The staff was wonderful, very nice and very accommodating. The room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the harbor and boats from our terrace. The pool was an added plus for the days kids didn't want to go to the beach. There was plenty of places to eat within walking distance if you don't have a car.

The room was very dusty (not ideal if you have allergies) and we found some items that were not ours so the cleaning could be better. We did have an issue at the end of the stay, where we were going to be charged for not taking out garbage or towels, however, our rental agreement stated only dishes had to be washed, so that was quickly settled and no extra charge incurred

Nice view of the harbour just next to the hotel, friendly staff.

You had to take out all the bed linen your self. It was ok but a lot to take along with the luggage when leaving.

Not bad view from the window.

Upon check-in, the property blocked the amount of 300 euros as a deposit for reimbursement. After leaving, they promised to return the money the next day. At the moment, the deposit has not been returned and the property does not respond to inquiries and calls. All this has signs of fraud.

Air conditioning seemed to be on a limited timer, and even when it was on, the effect was negligible. Not an insurmountable problem in average June weather, but in the summer...

Great location … okay apartment.

The location was great … close to the water with a nice view. The free parking was okay.

We arrived in the apartment to dishes in the dishwasher & not all of them were clean. Linens are provided but you have to make the beds yourself. The linens are in plastic bags that are wasteful … and most of the linens had stains on them. The warmer blankets that go on top look old & had lots of hair stuck to them. They do not appear to be washed very often. There was no extra toilet paper in the apartment and we started with only about half a roll. This apartment seems to be geared more for longer-term use & for people who can bring more of their own supplies.

Lovely Location.

Location is fabulous with lovely views of marina and surrounding area.

Superb

Very gentle and friendly person at the reception. She came immediately to show us the adjustment of the air conditioning system. Also the procedure of check in/check out was very easy going. First line and view directly to the small port was amazing. Also those impressive trees in front of us, with a lots of young birds on it. Very natural. It was a pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony.

Dirty and dusty this time

We previously stayed here about 4 years ago after coming across it last minute so decided to return on this road trip. Location is good. 10-15 min walk to beach. 15 min walk into Mandelieu-la-Napoule marina where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms face out onto the marina which is really nice sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out. Also close to river and park and always lots going on. It has a pool on site and laundry facilities. Secure parking with underground car park but also space for 4x4 with roof box outside.

So disappointed with the state of the room (cleaning wise). We arrived late and was almost dark so reception had closed and the lights in the rooms are rather dull so could not see everything properly. In the morning I had a good look around and the apartment was really dirty. Layers of dust everywhere especially on chairs. Balcony was also filthy. Reception was closed so I spent an hour or so cleaning apartment. After that I still felt pretty disgusting staying there to be honest. Bathroom has no ventilation so stayed wet. The drain in the shower was also blocked so flooded bathroom until we mentioned it the next day. Pretty dangerous as my daughter slipped twice. I also am not a fan of fabric shower curtains. The apartments most definitely need some brightening up. Maybe painting the brown all white and putting brighter lights in there. Bathroom needs updating too.

Just beautiful

I really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment is very close to the waterside and it’s also possible to do a city trip to Cannes within only 10 minutes by car. The reception lady was very helpful with everything, also an easy check in and check out. Can only recommend!

The bedroom was the size of the bed. Paint on the walls was very old and very dirty. Plates were dirty. There was no coffee machine in the apartment or option to buy coffee from property. Sofa is very old and in poor condition.

L’appartement est super bien placé pour découvrir Cannes. La vue sur la marina est top. La résidence est au calme.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, il manquait les draps pour faire un lit. Il manquait également des couvertures ou des couettes. On avait un numéro de téléphone mais personne n’a répondu. Le personnel est peu présent. Il y avait des fourmis dans la kitchenette. Les 2 lits simples commencent à être bien fatigués.

Redelijk!

Bij verschillende problemen werd dit direct door het personeel opgelost!

Door stroomproblemen hadden we geen vaatwasser en geen magnetron. Werd later opgelost door het personeel. Ook hadden we problemen met de waterafvoer in het bad, ook dit werd opgelost! De laatste dag kwam er een groot gezelschap die tot midden in de nacht voor verschrikkelijk veel overlast hebben gezorgd! Jammer!!
