A great base to avoid uk winter

Exactly what we required for a 4 week stay, amenities all there, warm, clean, lovely view of the marina, all facilities within walking distance - very good value for money. The weekly cleaning was a real bonus - excellent lady

Not sure the refuse area was clear enough about what was cardboard, recycling, rubbish - some apartment owners seemed not to follow the rules.

Building and view are nice but walls are too thin

Nice building and beautiful view

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in adjacent rooms (crying baby) and the staff or cleaner used to make a lot of noise in the corridors in the mornings around 7am. Also , neighbors were smoking and the smell penetrated our room.

Over all i had a nice stay, friendly reception:)

Good and easy access to the pool area. Free parking was one of the things that made me choose the hotel. I was there working so i really liked that i could wash my clothes during my stay.

Didn’t like that there were someone renovating in the building, it was noisy during the days when i was trying to sleep. The elevator doors was living there on life from day to day.

Good view, good location, free parking.

Not very comfortable, the bed was stiff and we didn't sleep super well. The kitchen was overall poorly equipped. The parking was a bit further from the building entrance (300 meters).

The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was alright. The room's spacious and clean, it has all necessary facilities and a nice view. Once again a big shout out to their staff, simply amazing!

The room and corridors on 2 floors really smelled of something like old spices or something, the room was quite smelly and the smell was quite strong and offputting. The kitchen doors looked like they were about to fall off. Really dated.

Fantastic

This was a lovely big sized apartment that had a great view and was very cozy. Will definitely stay again! Parking was nice and secure. it is also located in a nice area.

The only slight downside is that it’s at least a taxi drive away from the main port in Cannes where all the main night life is etc. However, still an amazing stay!
