Had an excellent stay in really clean rooms with very nice zen decor. Breakfast was very good and service even better. I booked two rooms as it was a family trip and thus place was ver accomodating for children and kid-friendly. Location seemed a bit inconvenient first, but it was a matter of knowing and planning ahead to catch the buses passing by the hotel. The beach near the hotel is excellent and was only 4mn walk.

This is an average hotel on an industrial estate next to an airport. Useful only if visiting said industrial estate for business. I had to move rooms twice due to excess noise from the hotel services. Lobby area and buffet breakfast were nice.

We stayed there for a weekend as we were invited to a wedding near by. the hotel has plenty of parking space and is right by the beach. breakfast is really great. room was spacious and clean. Although we came back late from the wedding (2-3am) receptionists was still able to assist us when we wanted to purchase some snacks. service was spot on as I called in the morning on day of arrival to request early check in and i was told that even if they were full the night before they will still accommodate my request at no extra fee. when we arrived there early, the room was ready as requested. Wouldn't mind coming back there again !

The room is quite OK, definitely more than good enough. There was weird smell coming from the sink, but it was disappearing every time when the water had been running for a few seconds. The breakfast was quite good. There was a slight hiccup with the payment: despite paying my stay in full in advance at hotels.com, the hotel was still demanding extra payment which they described as "city tax" - not good. Payment in full should be including everything, otherwise it is not "payment in full."

perfect for a business trip when you need a nice, decent hotel which includes everything you need for a det days on travel. helpful staff, clean room, good restaurant, especially for a lunch in the backyard. the breakfast could have been easily improved with some fresh vegetables and fruit. the Room i had was a bit outdated, butikk clean. the all metal chair and table was terrible, and i cannot see how anybody would even consider to use them, especially after a long day at work. i actually found it a bit hilarious.

I had a non-smoking room however every evening my room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was not pleasant and the hotel was fully booked with no option of changing a room. The food and beverage selection was not available after 2230.

The hotel is not by the beach it's on an industrial estate next to an airport! The hotel gave our room away so put us in a spare emergency room that lead to the outside, was filled with garden furniture and put up beds as well. The staff were really rude and refused to reroom us because they'd given our room to another group despite that we booked weeks ago! We felt unsafe and left

If travelling to hotel by hire car from Nice you do need to put address as well as zip code in to sat nav, Just putting zip code not good enough as takes you centre Cannes La Bocca. All facilities excellent which includes food in restaurant and outdoor area of hotel. Best to walk beaches and restaurants in area as if travel by car you can miss quite a lot. Half hour walk sees you get to most places. Beaches excellent all along corniche. Beach towels provided daily by hotel which is a lovely touch of service. From hotel by car, easy to get on to A8 which is main motorway to visit different parts of S of F. Don't be put off by where hotel is situated. Not far as said to beaches and restaurants. August is for families as other months might be more business.

The hotel and staff were good. The location is slap in the middle of a commercial estate, however the hotel itself is well presented. Definitely need a car to stay here. The breakfast was good. One of the criteria for choosing this hotel was the air conditioning. Upon arrival in the evening I discovered that it wasnt working in the bedrooms, only the public areas. I called reception and asked how I could turn the a/c on and they said open the window. With the open window it was still too hot and we got mosquitos in the room too (which with their high pitch buzzing at night never leads to a good nights sleep). The next morning I asked if the a/c could be turned on and they replied that it wouldnt go on till June. That policy would work in the UK, but in the south of France it is just too hot and stuffy. If a hotel claims a/c on the details they should supply it.

The hotel is surprisingly good overall, the rooms are quite large and clean, and prices are good for the location. This was our second stay there as it is very close to the places we need to get to. Although the hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial zone, if you have a car, location does not present a problem, you can be at the beach in 5 minutes. Also it is situated right next to a small airport. There is not much noise from the helicopters and small planes unless you are at the decent sized pool, and at worst it is a slight annoyance that you get used to in ten minutes. In general it is a good choice if you don't intend to spend most of your time in the hotel, but then why would you when you have so much such a short distance away. The only slight problem we had was items on our bill which were probably human error, and were sorted out immediately.

The hotel was satisfactory. The hotel is near the airport, but the noise did not effect us as the windows were double glazed. The location is in an industrial area which is not attractive and quite away from the action of Cannes. It is a short walk from the ocean if you chose to do this. Breakfast is great. The price for the room is good comparing with other hotels in Cannes, but this is due to the location.

Nice breakfast with hot and cold items. Far from action of Cannes, actually by Mandelieu industrial area. By a private airport with some jet and helicopter noise. 25 euros by taxi to Cannes center. Small bar and restaurant with limited menu. No free WI-FI but was available for pay. Nice, large room. Friendly staff.
