About this house rental
This place is the perfect location to explore and enjoy Bend! This home is in the heart of Bend (walking distance to Old Mill), renovated with a brand new kitchen (fully stocked), Appliances, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and an own office which easily can be turned into the 4BR with a sleep sofa and an extra mattress to make it super comfy. Enjoy the large patio with patio furniture. The garage and the shed in the backyard will give you ample space to store your sports equipment.
The space
The living room and kitchen area are the center of the house. The kitchen is a semi open concept to allow entertaining and cooking. The kitchen table has enough space to sit down in the kitchen for a good dinner and a cozy sofa in the living room to watch a movie on the large Smart TV.
From here you can either take a right and head to the Master bedroom with a Queen bed and an attached master bathroom or you head to the left with individual bedrooms which have a cozy touch, one of them with a Queen and another with a Twin bed and each room with a TV for some individual entertainment. The additional room is a fully functional office with a desk, monitor, office chair and sofa to work in case you have to while you are away. The new bathroom gives you an extra large shower with a glass sliding door, two sinks and extra large mirror. The toilet space has a window for fresh air.
For safety and security, there is a Ring camera at the front door monitoring the entryway and driveway.

Great property in a great location. Everything you need to have a fantastic stay in Bend. From sitting on the back patio in the evenings enjoying the summer nights to walking to a Bend Elks baseball game to being within a few moments of everything Bend has to offer, this place is excellent.

Great little place. Very clean, well appointed. Daniella was incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. Not a "fancy" neighborhood but a perfect central location to get around Bend. Would definitely stay here again. Technically sleeps 8 if you use the pull out couch but that is really too many for the space.
