Highly functional home in a convenient location to shipping, restaurants, services and Hwy 97. Good layout of home, comfortable beds, large screen TV, big garage and nice fenced backyard with hot tub (with privacy screen). Property management company very responsive and helpful. Completely enjoyed renting this home!

We have visited Bend for 22 years, 20 in an RV for two weeks each time. Last year we stayed in a VRBO home for three months on the west side which was very nice and very well appointed. We stayed in this house for six weeks and found this location very convenient by auto, not walking. Only minutes from Business 97 and Bend Parkway., Fred Meyer and Walmart. Near the many beautiful Deschutes River City Park walks. The house had everything we needed for everyday living: cooking and sleeping (very comfortable matress). I have a hot tub at home and enjoyed this one after a hard day of hiking (BIG plus). Big back yard and gas griil. Large garage.
