About this house rental
Come stay in this new 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home and encounter everything Taos New Mexico has to offer! You will walk in and be amazed at the 16 foot high ceilings in the living areas with traditional locally sourced vigas (ceiling wooden beams) throughout the home with excellent views of the Taos mountains from large windows and glass doors. It is tastefully decorated with furniture and artwork collected from a life of living and working overseas in many countries. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset happy hour on the covered patio gazing across pueblo land to the surrounding beauty. The master shower is a piece of art with multiple faucets giving a spa effect.
This home is ideal to encounter the great outdoors and offers convenient access to Taos, the Ski Valley and all of nature's nearby offerings: world class skiing, rafting, fishing, hiking and biking and amazing nearby hot springs. Take in the mountain views out of the expansive windows with plenty of natural lighting to take in the New Mexico sun, your vacation is certain to be a one-of-a-kind experience here.
THE property has 360-Degree Mountain Views from the 2-Acre lot. Covered patio with table, chairs and BBQ.
The construction of the home was just completed in spring 2023 and it has not yet been landscaped (see photos of the outside of the home), but with such fabulous mountain views your eye will look right past the natural sage brush surrounding the property to the mountains in your view.

Had an enjoyable stay at this location, even though as most discriptions on here, slightly misleading. The house is no longer "New." As soon as you stop looking at the amazing view of the Mountan you can't help but keep staring at the floor and feeling a bit sad for the person who paid to have this home built. The owner had a great vision for this home but they hired cheap or inexperienced labor as everywhere you look the concrete floor is cracked. The owner tried to cover some of the cracks with rugs but once you see them you can not stop looking at them. Then you start looking at other details of the home and see the cheap kitchen & bathroom cabinets where there are big gaps in cabinet doors or drawers that will not close properly. The spa bathroom tile was done by an amateur with tile sticking out here and there, globs of grout on the shower floor (try not to step on, they can hurt). The kitchenware as they say is BASIC so don't expect to cook Thanksgiving dinner here. There is no couch in the master. The masterbed is hard. The sliding door blinds are broken and morning light will wake you up. Checkout is at 10am not 11am as the discriptions says. The landscaping as they say is not done so if you use the front door you will be tripping over weeds. All outdoor furniture is in unusable condition. Best of all is the red pepper coffin in the garage, yes I said coffin. Glad my kids did not see it, otherwise we would not have stayed. Overall, basic amenities but beautiful view.
