IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Corona Del Mar Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
