The White Pine Chalet is a 2 bathroom home with a large recreation area! This chalet has 2 arcade games, mini-golf and bowling which is the perfect games to play with friends or family!

Pull up to the chalet with ample parking, a spacious fire pit greeting, and a hot tub with screened in privacy.

Enter the lower level, where you'll find arcade games a sauna, and bar top table. The lower level also features 1 well designed bedroom.

Getting Around:
Getting around our neighborhood is a breeze! Be sure to abide by the community laws of 25mph on all roads within the community. There is enough parking for at least 3-4 cars in our driveway!

HOA fees applicable for the following:
Rental Fees- $35
Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 PER PIECE
Fishing- $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)
-$39.00 Insurance Fee for non Airbnb reservations.
