This 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers the perfect mountain retreat. Cozy up by the crackling fireplace, take in the views from the deck, and unwind in the hot tub under the stars. 1) MASTER: Ground floor. Features a gas fireplace, queen bed and private bathroom.
2) LOFT ATTIC: A huge, fun space with four double beds—great for kids or group hangouts.
3) 1st PRIVATE BEDROOM: Main floor, queen bed.
4) 2nd PRIVATE BEDROOM: Main floor, queen bed.
LIVING SPACE:
Step out onto the large deck and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing. Inside, natural light pours through over a dozen windows, highlighting the vaulted ceilings and open layout. Gather by the stone fireplace, sip wine, read a book, and feel right at home.

Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked shelves. The wood dining table seats 10, and the outdoor BBQ grill and alfresco dining table are ideal for outdoor meals year-round.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter on all reservations must by 25 years of age or older. Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 9pm.
EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price.
TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION: Our home is located in a community that requires all renters to complete a registration form before arrival. There is a $35 rental fee which is INCLUDED in your booking. Only fill out one form per rental, not per person. Please register the first 8 guests over 12 years old, to receive wristbands at no additional cost.
PET FEE: We would love for you to bring your furry friends! Please, let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies.
SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time, or you'll be charged an extra cleaning fee! Please smoke outside and respectfully dispose of your trash.
PARTIES: UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Low-key getaways, birthday gatherings and family reunions type things are totally okay and encouraged! The community requires noise to be kept down after 10pm.
SPEED LIMITS IN THE COMMUNITY: The village enforces a strict 15 mph speed limit and all stop signs must be obeyed. Any violations are subject to a $150 fine, as per community rules.
IMPORTANT: The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
-In the event the hot tub is left in poor condition and requires draining and refilling, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the service call from the hot tub company.
-We can offer a maximum reimbursement of $100 in the rare event that the hot tub is unavailable for use.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Poconos chalet! The home is beautifully decorated with a cozy cabin-meets-treehouse vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus.One of our favorite features was the stone path that led to a peaceful outdoor fireplace and a hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars and soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. The thoughtful little touches throughout the home, like the cute knick-knacks and cozy décor, really gave it a homey, vacation feel.This place is a perfect mountain getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

Very cool house. Light-filled main space, terrific deck, and an unbelievably comfortable bed. We're not 'sporty' people, it was perfect for the two of us and our dog to have an impromptu quiet detox from crazy work schedules. If you hike/bike/boat/fish/etc. you'll enjoy it even more. Very appreciative of the excellent quality and quantity of host communications.
