Around each turn are more views, intriguing design elements, and cozy touches to set the perfect backdrop for a those looking to ski/bike/hike, recoup, and après with the best of them.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you all the luxuries of mountain modern. At The Roam Retreat you'll find a stay that's chic enough for a romantic weekend away, or with the necessary amenities for the littles.

The Retreat is fully stocked and has all the newest appliances and finishes... with a breathtaking mountain view out every window (and there are plenty of them!).

Please note that Winter Park Resort base closes during the off seasons (late April -mid June and early October - mid November). Luckily for us, downtown is always open and Hideaway Park / Rendezvous Event Center has plenty going on (live music, free sledding, etc).

HOUSE RULES: NO PETS ALLOWED (NO EXCEPTIONS). We can accommodate parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 vehicle in the communal heated garage*, and 1 additional in surface parking lot. Any additional vehicles can park in nearby free parking.
*The parking garage door height clearance is 7ft 5in. If your vehicle is taller than that (with or without a cargo box), you will need to park outside in the surface lot.

- Downtown Restaurants & Shops: 3 minute walk
- Winter Park Resort: 5 minute drive / 10-15 minute shuttle (including 4 min walk to stop)
- Rocky Mountain National Park (Grand Lake entrance): 40 minute drive
- Mountain Biking & Hiking Trails: less than 5 minutes, set out directly from the condo without driving
- Hideaway Park (playground, sledding, concerts): 2 minute walk
