This condo was perfect. Very beautiful inside and well maintained. It is very intelligently designed and uses space well. But our favorite part was that it is in walking distance to the only free sledding hill in the winter park / Fraser area and so many great restaurants. My kids loved it, and I loved that we could just keep the car in the covered garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This is my third time staying at Timber Fox 1309 because we have had such a great experience! It is cared for meticulously, and it is always super clean. It has a comfortable main room with plenty of seating.
The fact that it is close to town and the mountain is so amazing, and it makes it easy for everyone to enjoy the vacation (skiers and non-skiers). The bus schedule is easy to follow and picks up not too far from the condo.
Would highly recommend!

Ive stayed in Winter Park twice now - both at Timber Fox 1309. I wouldnt stay anywhere else! Its a short walk to the bus stop (and short ride to the mountain) and its walkable to everything else. The place is set up perfectly - optimized for beds, screens, and lounging. If you like a long day at the slopes, a beverage or two, and a ball game or two on the multiple TVs, look no further.
