Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was super nice and clean and included everything we needed for our stay in Winter Park. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. We loved being able to simply walk to the Thursday night concert and weekend art festival without having to search for a place to park. The two king beds and bonus room were perfect for our group. Communication from the property manager was excellent! We definitely plan to return next summer.

Spent 3 nights at this condo. Nice arrangement for 2 couples. King beds in both rooms. Kitchen stocked very well, made several meals. Walkable to several restaurants. We will return

We recently stayed here with our two children. The unit was spacious with nice and thoughtful amenities including extra blankets, pillows, fans for white noise and basic supplies for cooking. Fixtures are nice and new. There are two king beds, which is often hard to find. It was a great location, able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants and the hot tub is huge. We will definitely come back, everyone had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had two couples and two kids and the layout and space was so nice for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom basically has an adjoining bathroom which was great for our families with younger kids getting ready in the morning and showering. The kids were tucked in their bunk room and loved feeling like they had their own little hideaway space together. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The location was well within walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. It was nice to have the parking garage access too when it was raining. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!!
