The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles NOTE: Garage space can only fit a compact car. There is also a second assigned exterior parking spot that is covered. Overflow parking for full size cars, SUVs, and trucks can be found outside in the community area, on a first come, first serve basis. STR License #020008

I couldnt be happier with the condo! Great view of the mountains from the hot tub on the deck. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and fully furnished with all the necessities. Next time im at winterpark I will definitely be saying in these condos again!

This beautiful condo far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect set up for our family of 5 by offering ample space and all of the amenities we could need while on vacation in Winter Park. It was clean, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable after a day on the mountain. It was also close to shops, restaurants and the cutest ice skating rink. We will definitely be back to visit and hope to stay here again!

We have stayed in this community before and the location is very central. This condo is beautifully decorated and supplied. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Never seen such a cleaned, well equipped, modern property in a while.
Feels like you enter a model home.
Views are amazing.
Can't beat the location, close to grocery,lake, trails…
Have a private hot tub, so jump in when you feel like.
TV in each room and Xbox for kids was a bonus.
Will come again and highly recommend this property!!
