The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The condo had very nice amenities. The hot tub and fireplace were notable as were the number and quality of the kitchen utensils. We had a couple of maintenance issues (the hot tub failed to heat one day and the lock didn’t work on the ski locker). I reached out to the property management group and these were resolved timely. Overall it was a good stay in one of the better units in the building.

New construction with adequate supplies. Had a problem with the stove and hot tub, Winter Park Escapes responded the same day and fixed the problem. The private hot tub is great, but the complex has a community tub that is very nice too!

The biggest problem we had was checking in, the keypad was dead and it took awhile to get it resolved making us late for our dinner reservation and had to leave all of our luggage in the hallway. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
