Mornings begin with ocean breezes drifting across the wraparound porch, while evenings invite relaxed gatherings after a day by the water. With spacious interiors spread across three levels, this beachside home offers room to unwind together while still enjoying your own quiet corners.

Sleeping arrangements
The home includes five bedrooms designed for both comfort and flexibility across multiple floors. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, along with access to a private porch with seating. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and smart TV, while another room includes a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. The ground level features a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles - ideal for younger guests. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom completes the layout.

Living spaces
The top level brings everyone together in an open-concept living and dining area. Large windows and nearby porch access allow in natural light and coastal air, while the elevator provides convenient access to all three floors. A powder room is also located on this level.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a coffee maker, with ample space for preparing meals and gathering around the dining table after a day exploring Crescent Beach.

Entertainment & extras
Indoor and outdoor spaces offer options for both activity and relaxation. A foosball table and a garage game area with a ping pong table provide casual entertainment, while beach essentials make trips to the nearby shoreline easy.

Location
Set in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine Beach, the home sits about one block from beach access with vehicle drive-on access available. Restaurants, shopping, and the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine are about a 15-minute drive away.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
